Now that we have several of our events under our belt we now look forward to a calmer part of the year and hopefully are able to enjoy some of this wonderful summer weather. However, in our little back room, 'the hub', we are always beavering away preparing for forthcoming events and working on our website, and the summer months are no exception.

Many of you turned up to Lennox Cato's exhibition 'Dealing in Excellence'. We were delighted with the response and would like to thank everyone who attended. If you would like to receive a copy of the catalogue please do let us know.

Lennox has two more Roadshows to attend. The first at Walthamstow Hall in London on Sunday 31st August. The second is Liverpool Cathedral on Thursday 11th September. If you have read our newsletters recently you will know that the Roadshow now produces a monthly magazine all about the programme and the specialists. It is a very interesting publication and we were delighted with the August issue which featured Lennox Cato. You will still find it on the newsagent's shelves, so don't miss it!

There will be more updates about our autumn programme in due course, but here is a little taster just to whet your appetite!

October is when it all starts when Dianne Brick of Amherst Antiques will be hosting a week long exhibition on a special collection she has been very fortunate to acquire. It will no doubt be hugely interesting for her many Tunbridge Ware collectors. Towards the end of that month Jupiter Antiques will be presenting another two day selling exhibition with Tony Horsley and Mark and Sandra Diamond. Entitled '200 Years of British Porcelain 1750 - 1950' it will offer a vast selection of porcelain all for sale.

Into November and right at the end we will be hosting our Christmas event. Please see in Dates for your Diary at the bottom of this letter for all future dates.

We will most likely not produce a letter next month as, like us, so many of you are away. This leads us to mention that the galleries will be closed between 26th and 31st August. This is the bank holiday week and we felt it a good opportunity for us and our staff to take a well-earned break.

Therefore we wish you all a glorious summer and look forward to seeing you whenever you feel like a visit!

Our very best wishes,
Lennox, Sue and all at the galleries.
