Mrs Monro Ltd was founded in 1926 and is one of the longest established Interior Design companies in the country today. During its 81 year history the company has had a profound influence internationally on interior decorating, epitomising the English classic country house look. A style that combines comfort with elegance, this unique Monro style has been sought by clients around the world where the widest possible commissions have been successfully fulfilled; now in some cases for the third generation client.
The work of Mrs Monro's experienced team of designers has always been diverse. Together with its residential work from cottages to castles, it has also included Ocean Liners, a Thames Barge, Museums, Art Galleries, Embassies, Banks and Offices.
