Description / Expertise
North European Copper Alloy candlestick, circa 1500, probably German. Typical knopfed and ringed column with pierced candle socket. The base has been trimmed, and there is a solder repair under the base to stabilise the column. A comparable example was in the Lear collection, catalogue No 29.
